Tria Products is looking for Construction Labourers to join our team. Tria offers excellent wages, entry-level wage starting at $16.94 up to journeyman carpenters at $35, depending on experience and skills.
Training is provided for the right applicant willing to learn.
Job Duties
• Clean and perform preparation of precast building systems.
• Build and/or assemble concrete form works and place concrete using rakes, screeds, and trowels.
• Place and tie reinforcing steel.
• Basic framing, including walls, doors, and windows.
• Measure and cut material.
Basic equipment operation
• Handle and transport job materials to the work areas.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Provide assistance to craft workers.
• All other labour duties as required and assigned by supervisor Requirements.
• Experience in the commercial and/or industrial construction industry an asset.
• Good attitude and strong work ethic.
• Able to work as a team and help out where needed.
• Ability to determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do a job.
• An understanding of safe work practices.
• Physical ability to perform tasks and duties .
Physically strenuous work
• Working at heights.
• Normal working hours – Monday to Friday, 7:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Duties
The staff accountant's responsibilities include maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and close processes, conducting internal audits, and maintaining accounts payable and receivable documentation.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses).
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closures.
• Advise clients on financial issues via email or phone.
• Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Report to the Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes.
Requirements and skills
• Similar experience as a Staff Accountant or relevant role in accounting.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus.
• Good math skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Confidentiality and integrity.
• knowledge on Quickbooks.
Typical Duties
Assists in carrying out inspections of workplaces and takes necessary action to ensure compliance. Assists in responding to and investigating concerns/complaints from workers/employers and assists in taking appropriate action. Assists in investigating accidents or injuries that occur in the workplace. Assists in the establishment of workplace safety and health committees. Assists in the delivery of related educational programs and disseminates information to the public. Assists in carrying out industrial hygiene surveys. Assists in the preparation of various reports, documents and forms. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills Good oral and written communication skills. Good organizational skills. Ability to maintain effective work relationships. Some knowledge of workplace safety and health issues.
Education, Training and Experience Sufficient to allow progression to the full working level within a two-year period, determined by the employing authority.
Safety officers perform some or all of the following duties
• Review physical,and workplace hazards.
• Conduct safety and environmental audits.
• Investigate health-and-safety-related complaints, and workplace accidents.
• Inspect workplaces to ensure that equipment, materials and production processes do not present a safety or health hazard to employees or the general public.
• Develop, implement and evaluate health and safety programs and strategies.
• Provide consultation and deliver training programs to construction industry employers and employees on issues of workplace safety and (depending on the project) environmental protection.
