Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Precast Concrete Wall Installer to join our construction team. This role involves the installation of precast concrete wall panels for various construction projects, ensuring structural integrity, aesthetics, and compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, specifically with precast concrete installations, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high commitment to safety and quality.
 

Key Responsbilities:

• Installation: Accurately install precast concrete wall panels according to project blueprints, specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Preparation: Prepare installation sites by setting up cranes, scaffolding, and other necessary equipment. Ensure all materials and tools are ready and in proper condition before starting work.
• Alignment and Adjustment: Align and adjust panels to precise tolerances using lasers, plumb bobs, and other alignment tools. Make adjustments as needed to ensure panels fit perfectly.
• Securement: Secure panels using bolts, brackets, and other fasteners, ensuring they are correctly aligned and properly anchored.
• Quality Control: Inspect installations for quality, alignment, and adherence to project specifications. Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily work activities, including installation logs and safety reports.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other trades to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
