Job Description

As a Concrete Mixer Truck Driver, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality concrete to various job sites. Your responsibilities will include operating our mixer trucks safely and efficiently, conducting routine vehicle inspections, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of your truck. You will also assist with various tasks at the batch plant and on-site to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate concrete mixer trucks in line with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle’s safe and proper operation.
• Load and unload concrete materials at job sites promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the mixer truck, including washing out the drum after unloads and at the end of each shift.
• Accurately maintain records of deliveries, including delivery tickets, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance on mixer trucks, such as lubricating and carrying out minor repairs.
• Assist laborers in preparing trucks before a pour and support the batcher as needed.
• Help load the batch plant with materials.

Desired Qualifications 

• Valid class 1 (Semi Mixers)
• Valid class 3 (Tandem Mixers)
