The Tria portable concrete plant is designed for quick, easy erection. The two aggregate hoppers allows for both rock and sand to be weighed and separately discharged into a truck for accuracy.The two compartment design allows for quick loading by front-end loader. The loader just keeps the batcher full — it does not have to accurately load a certain amount of rock and sand. The onboard cement silo has capacity of 30,000kgs of GUB Powder with the 2 auger discharge and onboard load cells. The plant has discharging powder capacity of 8 kgs per second. The plant is an independent body with all components mounted on that body. The design is per DOT Standard, quick mob and demob. The model allows for a repeat customer foundation. It is an ideal starter/satellite plant with low initial cost.

Rice Lake RL32018S-HE Stainless Steel, Single-Ended Beam Load Cell
The Rice Lake RL32018S-HE is a hermetically sealed, stainless steel single-ended beam load cell with PTFE jacketed cable for protection in harsh environments. Sealed to IP69K standards this cell is 3 mV/V and NTEP certified from 1,000 lb to 10,000 lb. Our plants come equipped with 4 load cells per aggregate hopper and 4 load cells for the powder bin.
